Each meal has a balanced combination of 7oz of hormone- free protein, 1 cup of fresh organic vegetables, 1 cup of healthy carbs and each meal may be customized according to your diet requirements (make your meals paleo, or keto by cutting down the carbs). Each meal with an average of 450- 530 calories

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED YOU WILL RECEIVE OUR CURRENT MENU - make sure to select your meals by Thursday. We have over 10 different healthy meal options so rest assured you will find something right for you, if needed - request the menu in advance

YOUR MEALS WILL BE FULLY COOKED AND DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY, all you have to do is enjoy your meals and wait for the next menu
